We, Financial Company Solidus DOO Bitola, with EMBS 7580436, with registered office at ul. Dimitar Ilievski Murato, no. 22 7000 Bitola; e-mail: info@solidus.mk, collects and processes personal data of individuals, our clients, contracting parties or other parties on the Macedonian market. The company is a non-banking financial institution registered in the register of trade companies in accordance with the Law on Financial Companies, which is maintained by the Central Register of the Republic of North Macedonia, and in accordance with Decision No. 13-2505/1 of 11.03.2022 of the Ministry of Finance. We are fully aware of our obligation to ensure the protection of your personal data, with the obligation to ensure compliance with the applicable legal regulations in the field of personal data protection.
With this Privacy Policy, We present the manner in which we collect and use Personal Data of our clients. The types of information we may collect and retain when you visit our website, how that information is used, and with whom it is shared. This Policy also outlines how you can contact us if you have any questions or concerns about this information.
The controller for the processing of your personal data is FD Solidus DOO Bitola.

“Law” – Law on Personal Data Protection (Official Gazette No. 42/20)
“Written consent of the personal data subject” is a signed consent by the personal data subject in the form of a document or a provision in a contract;
*Lawful, fair and transparent processing of personal data
Personal data are collected and processed exclusively for purposes defined in relevant law, fulfillment of the subject matter of a contract concluded with FD Solidus DOO Bitola and payment for services provided, based on consent obtained for the processing of personal data from a user for purposes specified therein (e.g. Direct marketing) as well as in the presence of a legitimate interest.
* Limitation of the purpose of processing personal data
FD Solidus DOO Bitola processes personal data only for purposes that are necessary to fulfill legal obligations, fulfill rights and obligations from the concluded contract, collect its claims and process for purposes for which the user has given prior consent.
If FD Solidus DOO Bitola has a legitimate interest in processing personal data for other purposes, such processing will be subject to analysis and assessment of the impact of such processing on the privacy of users.
*Limitation of the scope of personal data
The processing of personal data is limited only to those data that are necessary to fulfill the purpose of the processing. If there is a need to process additional data, FD Solidus DOO Bitola will inform the user as the subject of personal data about the provision of additional data and, where necessary, will request his consent for such additional processing.
*Accuracy of personal data
Providing true, accurate and complete data, as well as timely notification of changes to personal data is a legal and contractual obligation of users and is a necessary condition for establishing a contractual relationship as well as for fulfilling the rights and obligations arising from a contract.
FD Solidus DOO Bitola has a legal obligation to keep accurate records of its users and for this purpose implements reasonable measures to confirm the accuracy, correction and/or deletion of inaccurate or incomplete personal data. In addition to the measures taken by FD Solidus DOO Bitola, each user has the right to request correction, modification or deletion of his personal data in an easy and simple manner as set out in point 10 of this Information.
* Limitation of the periods of processing of personal data
Personal data obtained from users on the basis of a concluded agreement is stored by FD Solidus DOO Bitola in accordance with the periods defined in the relevant law. FD Solidus DOO Bitola may process data for statistical or other business purposes and in a longer term, according to its needs, but in doing so, such data is anonymized, after which such data cannot be linked to a specific personal data subject and does not contain any personal data.
*Integrity and confidentiality of personal data
FD Solidus DOO Bitola takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, unlawful disclosure, alteration or destruction of data. Access to personal data is limited to persons who are authorized to process personal data in accordance with the job description and for activities necessary to implement legal obligations, fulfill a contract, process based on consent or fulfill a legitimate interest.
* Accountability
FD Solidus DOO Bitola, in accordance with the accountability principle set out in the Personal Data Protection Act, has records and evidence that all necessary measures have been taken to implement the above principles in practice, i.e. that it meets the legal requirements for the protection of personal data.
*Personal data: name and surname, gender, EMBG, transaction account number, date of birth, business capacity, citizenship.
* The name of the contact persons, which you provide to us, and which are not guarantors based on prior confirmation that they are aware of the processing of their personal data only for these purposes and that they are informed that they have access to and the right to correct their personal data at any time.
Identification document: The type of your identification document, country of issue, registration number, expiration date, data recorded in the document's barcodes (depending on the type of document) and security features.
*Determination of the client's creditworthiness: Job position, amount of monthly income, additional income, profession, salary, additional income, employer data (EMBS, EDB, headquarters, telephone, sector), including data from other credit agreements from the Macedonian Credit Bureau AD Skopje, data from the account register at KIBS AD Skopje for your account number, data from the Health Fund for verification and confirmation of employment, credit agreement number, client ID, as well as data collected during monitoring of the entire duration of the agreement.
*We process your personal data to provide you with our products and services, to perform various contractual activities and assess your creditworthiness, to fulfill the credit agreement and to terminate it. For this purpose, we process data that allows us to identify you, to verify the information you provide and to offer you a highly professional service. We may also process the data of persons related to you, such as your contact person, the payer or the authorized representative. If you provide us with such contact data, you are required to inform this person that you have provided us with their personal data.
* In order to make our services more efficient, we may use fields for your contact details in our digital channels.
*If you do not want your contact details to be filled in the defined fields in Our digitally Available Channels or other systems, you have the right to opt out of this option. To implement this, please contact us.
* We process Personal Data for marketing purposes based on your consent, which you have the right to withdraw at any time. If the processing is not based on your consent, you may refuse to receive such notifications at any time. If you wish to withdraw your consent to receive marketing materials, please contact us at the telephone number available on our website or via email which is also listed on our official website.
* Information about our services and the initial and additional information that you receive due to changes in the terms or tariffs of the financial company, or information related to non-fulfillment of obligations under a contract we have concluded with you (e.g. Notifications of late payments, debts, termination of the contract, etc.) are not considered marketing. In these cases, you cannot refuse to receive such information.
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the regulations on personal data protection, by taking prescribed technical and organizational measures to ensure the confidentiality and protection of the processing of personal data.
The financial company does not sell, exchange or rent personal data to third parties. Personal data may only be disclosed in accordance with the legal provisions set out in the Personal Data Protection Regulation, as well as other applicable regulations.
When determining data retention periods, we take into account local laws, contractual obligations and the expectations and requirements of our customers. When we no longer need the information, we securely delete or destroy it. The financial company will only retain your information for as long as we need it and where we have a legitimate reason to do so. The financial company will retain personal data under certain circumstances, such as regulatory requirements. FD Solidus DOO Bitola may need to retain data for a longer period of time.
